Manufactured by Oria Srl in Italy, our carbon frames are produced with a particular technique that makes them the only monocoque frames made in Italy. They are the product of a skilled program of lamination of prepreg mono directional carbon fibres T-700, high module and high resistance HR-HS. The decisive factor for a perfect result is the autoclave process for the compactedness of the carbon fibre.

The entirely monocoque or full-carbon frame is the main characteristic that differentiates Gx2 production in composite materials among those available on the whole market. This means that they are enbloc built (monocoque) or triple component frames (full-carbon) and the result is structural continuity with the following characteristics:

Dream Gx2 carbon frames are strengthened with carbon-titanium and carbon-magnesium fibres on the stress points.
